President Bob Iger said the arrangement, with Shanghai Shendi Group, will add up to a venture of USD 5.5 billion, and the extra finances will be to support the recreation center's ability and attractions.
"Since we first kicked things off in Shanghai we've been extremely inspired with the development of China's economy, particularly the fast extension of the working class and the huge expand in travel and tourism," Iger said in an announcement.
"Our quickened extension, including extra attractions and excitement, will permit us to welcome more visitors for a breathtaking Disney encounter on opening day."
